Hip Release for All!

Here's a quick hip release routine that I enjoy after yoga practice. I recorded this for my tight hipped friends that are into other sports but, even if you're a desk jockey, it will be helpful. It's definitely something that can be done before bed or after a workout. Please forgive all the dog barking and random sounds, my harmonium is in the shop (and it's garbage day)!
